We can be found in over 600 specialty retailers across the country as well as many high-volume luxury e-commerce sites. Our products reflect our passion for pairing elite designers with sophisticated craftsmen to create unique glassware, stunning ceramics, and our Brillante recycled aluminum serveware, giftables and frames.

Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.

Participate and assist with other duties as necessary.

Assist with onboarding process for new e-commerce Brand Partners.

Routinely review Partner websites to ensure correct categorization, images, copy and pricing.

Maintain accuracy and integrity of all product attributes for use across multiple sales channels.

Assist Product Development Manager with coordination of images, data, and product attributes ahead of new product launches each season.

Assist with processing e-commerce Returns.

Provide inventory updates within partner portals daily.

Monitor partner portals daily to ensure orders are shipping within their specific ship window.

Develop and distribute product data files to all relevant users internally and externally.

Highly organized with attention to detail and strong communication skills.

A proven ability to work independently and multi-task.

1-3 years’ experience in e-commerce and/or digital data coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office Excel required.

Experience with Shopify and NetSuite content management systems is preferred but not required.

The primary focus will be on coordinating and maintaining accurate brand and product information to support visibility across all e-commerce partner platforms. This individual will report to the e-commerce Manager and partner with Marketing and Product Development in the management of our digital Brand Partners.
